“ We were greeted immediately on arrival by a very friendly server, Chelsea who showed us to our seats and explained the online ordering process, checking in on us after a few minutes. Our food came very quickly and a mix up with our order which was entirely our fault was quickly resolved without fuss. We were also checked in on by Callum towards the end of our meal. Everything was delicious and it's so nice to go to a place with such great customer service. We would certainly return here when next in Grimsby. Thanks to all the team ”
“ Had a meal here with my girlfriend during the buffet time slot. I had the buffet option, and my girlfriend had a personal pizza, and shared garlic bread as a side, and both of us used the salad bar. Our server was Hannah / Anna (didn't quite hear properly) who was absolutely fantastic! We were greeted within seconds of walking in and taken to a table, was given an explanation of the changes to the menu and if we'd been there before. During our time spent here, our wonderful server was very attentive to our table even though the restaurant was busy. Always smiling, a happy to help attitude, and very polite. The food was excellent! Nice and hot, the garlic bread was perfect, and the salad bar was full and fresh! To no fault of their own, the restaurant was quite loud and cramped due to the amount of people there, which made having a conversation difficult but we understand that nothing can really be done about that. We will be returning in the future and thank the restaurant for a wonderful meal. Thank you. ”
